I purchased the yearly subscription, but I was never able to log in to my account. After taking my money, the app failed at the most basic function. I couldn’t receive OTPs to log in, and there was no effective support available to resolve the issue.

Buffering issue
Worst buffering i have even seen in any ott. When i want to go back it will pause and start buffering.
No chat or mail support USA
I have requested to cancel the subscription, I had difficulty cancelling, went to the help section, chat support doesn’t open, it opens and closes saying long hold, tried mailing the support team many times, no response, not even good content available to watch these days. Bad experience.
Mobile app horrible
Aha has a reasonably decent collection but their mobile app is horrible I mean you start viewing a video once then if stop and restart it cracks and casting horrible it just keeps jumping around videos. If you plan to view Aha do it on TV not on Mobile looks like some amateur developed it
Subscribe issue
I’m writing about a subscription issue with my aha account. I paid for the subscription, but I am unable to utilize the channel and cannot watch any movies. The app is not working.
I contacted your support agents, but the steps provided did not resolve the issue. No proper response from the agent further. Since I have paid but cannot access the service I was promised, there is no point in continuing to pay for a channel I cannot use.

Worse app for streaming
This app is the worse paid streaming app I ever used. I cannot play a movie if I watch it up to some point and pause and resume later, no matter what I do the movie won’t play. How ridiculous is that! The support email never gets delivered - I get undeliverable message back. The login with phone number doesn’t work, the OTP never comes. Such a horrible app and ironically the name of the service is ‘Aha’!

Worst App and worst customer service
I subscribed to Aha Gold but the quality of the video is far less that HD. I use Apple TV and My internet speed is 200mbps. When contacted customer service they told me to delete the app and reinstall what a pathetic service it is.

Poor quality movies … no A grade movies…only showing interest to upgrade… if improved quality members are increasing in short period.. if you don’t mind , follow Netflix..

Aha is the worst streaming app. There is no continue watching selection.
If there are 50 episodes there is no easy way to play latest episode, you have to scroll down till u get that 50th episode. Worst worst streaming app.

App is not working on TV
I was using this service since 4 years. App was used to work on TV but suddenly it is not working and asked me to login, saying exceeded maximum devices. I am just using my mobile, no other device is registered. Even tried to contact the support through the phone and email. No response either way. Very bad service and experience.

This app never works as expected. Not once. Forget TV support. Apple TV is a joke. Even on mobile, where it should at least be stable, it constantly fails.
You open the app, it hangs.
You close it. Open again.
Repeat this multiple times just to watch one thing.
Sometimes it doesn’t even show the Play button. That’s not a bug, that’s absurd. A streaming app where you can’t play content. Very funny, honestly. I’m not sure how the app expects users to watch anything at all.
The usual response is always the same: reinstall, update, contact support, wait for fixes. I’ve done all of that. Multiple times. Nothing changes. The problems are clearly deeper than “use the latest version.”
If basic functionality like opening the app, recognizing subscriptions, and showing a play button doesn’t work reliably, updates and scripted support replies don’t help. The core experience is broken.
