fixes symptoms with food alone

This app tells you exactly which micronutrients you need to feel better, which foods you can find them in and helps you track both your food and symptoms

Accurate

I had run an blood test through my primary doctor two months ago. I took the quiz to check how accurate it could be. I was stunned that the quiz revealed all the deficiencies in my bloodwork panel!! I’m on board to continue deeper into the program.

So helpful and easy to use!

The Ahara app is a helpful and easy to use! I started with the simple online questionnaire. The report I received from that alone gave me tons of insight to the key ingredients I need to achieve my goals, and the areas I may be deficient. Actual, real and usable information! For example, I learned that Raspberries are one of the greatest sources of soluble fiber. So I now buy them and eat them daily. Ahara recommended two supplements to address my deficiencies and fill in the gaps where my diet fell short. After two weeks, I feel noticeably better. My digestive track is finally working the way it did 10 years ago. A big win! I just upgraded and sent in my Genetic, Epigenetic, and Biomarker test kits. I cant wait for my results and to learn EXACTLY what I need to eat (and not eat) to feel and perform optimally!
