Great App!
This makes it so easy to pay for parking at the hospital. It sends a reminder 10 minutes before your time expires so you can add more time if needed and doesn’t let you pay more than the daily maximum

Logged in, it sent 6 digit code, I entered it and then it asked for a 4 digit pin.
I don’t have a 4 digit pin for the app.
I tried deleting app and reinstalling it but it went through the same thing again. It’s not working.

Doesn’t allow me to enter a credit card. Says “network issue” over and over again. We deserve better. Are you even trying to fix it?!

Entered my phone number, absolutely nothing available to advance past that. No message, no button, notta. One star is too much but cannot proceed without it. Super lame! 👎🏻

It says requires iOS11 but wont even run on iOS12.
Add time on All Day doesnt work. (Maybe not on hourly either).
You have to log out to start a New Session, even though it’s a selection in the app.
To log out you have to go to the Profile screen.
Receipt is emailed when the session expires. I want the receipt when I pay. It’s useless after it’s expired.
How does it rate 4.7 stars? Most reviews are only 1 star (and they probably wanted to give a zero). And I don’t see any responses from the developer.
If I do too much on a session it gives an error message.
It doesn’t save my Postal code.

The app won’t download nor send a code.
Update
Paying for parking sucks as it is, and now you’ve made the app more difficult to use. The option to “park here again” was easy and convenient but now you have to go through the same buttons every day to initiate a new session.
Makes things easier
The app is easy to use and very useful. It is great that it’s by plate and not by parking stall. The only recommendation is to have an audible 5 min warning in advance reminder that time is almost up. This would allow the person ample to take action if required.
Not user friendly
My card had a new expiry and the steps that it takes you through are not sequential nor intuitive. Had to go to the parking office for assistance.

Glitchy
I was getting repeated errors, it worked when I turned off the wifi. Then it wouldn’t load my credit card info. Then it said “card already on file” but it didn’t have the option to charge the card. So I used another CC, then I had to “re-quote” because it timed out when I was getting my second CC. So I had to put my info again.

Network Error Message
Trying to input cards, the app keeps saying there is a network error and to try again. Risked getting a parking ticket over this as I was already in an appointment and could not run out back to the machine. If you’re going to try to make it convenient for people to use an app at least make it work.
