This review has been a year in the making. Downloaded app to create my own app. There was an option to have APPY PIE make my app for me. The initial cost was $4800 and $3600 annually. Initial meeting did not go very well, as they were not listening to what I wanted. After sending a flow chart I believed we were on the same page. Here we are 1 year later. The auto renewal tried to run for $3600 and I still don’t have an app. I guess I’ll chalk $4800 loss as a learning experience. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

I pay for their premium service plus add ons. They are now demanding an extra $1000 for the latest google update saying this is a "special" update. Which makes me wonder what I have been paying for .
Cancelled trial and still charged but doesn’t work
I tried using this to create an app, but it wouldn’t work so I canceled my trial. However, I was still charged. Even after being charged, it still doesn’t let me create anything without asking me to pay more.

It charges you, makes you think you can build the app, and then asks you to pay a monthly subscription fee after you pay $84. Then, it asks for a premium subscription on a screen that you can’t exit. It's a cool app, but only for people who don't know any better, and Crappyappy makes its money. It's a shame that they do this, knowing they are not helping at all, but taking more than they give.

Charged my PayPal without me ever using or recognizing the app. Asked for a refund—was told it’s non-refundable. Reached out twice asking how to even log in or access what I was supposedly charged for. No help, no replies. Total scammy behavior. Avoid at all costs.

First, they do not have a good command of the English language.
Second, they are dishonest and deceived me. Before I made the payment, they assured me of many things regarding the development of my app. However, after I paid, they started changing their statements and denying the promises they had made. When I requested to cancel the service and get a refund, they put numerous complicated obstacles in my way to prevent me from reclaiming my money.
I strongly advise against dealing with this app.

I had a debit order of R5032.53 during the first week. Could support please inform me what I actually paid for? There is no sign of any subscription on my Apple account.
And if I go into the app I am restricted, it says I must upgrade to platinum plan.

I recommend to enhance your team as our company paid till today around 3000$ which is a huge amount for perfect application. And getting very bad an low quality application . Having an application through google is even much cheaper and valuable for future

I was doing and iphone and icloud audit just now. I was horrified to see that I left (or hadn’t updated) my review. A while back I’d had a little issue that hadn’t been resolved. It would unfold that it was more my mistake than anything. In the meantime I was surprised, if not amazed, at how quick the developers were at getting in touch. Quick like lightning. Again, horrified I’d let this slip. My mistake. I’m giving myself 2 stars :)

Bad first impression
This app is not giving a good first impression. I open the app and get a prompt to write a description of the website I am creating. I write my blurb, tap send, and immediately a message appears asking if I love the app and if I could rate it. First, it does not give me a chance to determine how I feel about the app. Then I see there are only two options offered for my rating: 5-star or “no thanks.” Deciding it is far too early to provide a meaningful rating, I tap “no thanks.” The rating message box disappears, leaving a blank page on my screen, with no navigational buttons nor a menu. So I am stuck on the page, my only option to close the app and start again. I open the app the same thing happens again. So it seems I must give the app a 5-star rating to continue using/trying the app, or or else be okay with not using the app. I have taken my decision.
