Why does it take 10-15 seconds to open the app? by the time you want to see who’s at your front door there already gone this needs to be fixed!!
Worst App
This is the worst camera app.
It is completely unreliable. The cameras have good views but without a properly functioning app, defeats the purpose!
Almost every day I get notifications of Video Loss Alarm ( I also have other cameras from another company and never have this issue), when checking an individual camera screen and then clicking it back to view all cameras together, you have to add the other cameras again. Ridiculous!!! Sometimes the motion detection works and sometimes not. So many other disfunctions of settings etc. of things that should work and don’t. I paid a lot for this camera system and completely disappointed!!!
I am sorry that I let my installer recommend these cameras to me.

It keep crashing in IOS
Always offline
I have one month and is always offline, just when I’m at the house I can see the cameras😳 but when I’m out I can’t see what is happening
