Why does it take 10-15 seconds to open the app? by the time you want to see who’s at your front door there already gone this needs to be fixed!!

This is the worst camera app.
It is completely unreliable. The cameras have good views but without a properly functioning app, defeats the purpose!
Almost every day I get notifications of Video Loss Alarm ( I also have other cameras from another company and never have this issue), when checking an individual camera screen and then clicking it back to view all cameras together, you have to add the other cameras again. Ridiculous!!! Sometimes the motion detection works and sometimes not. So many other disfunctions of settings etc. of things that should work and don’t. I paid a lot for this camera system and completely disappointed!!!

Always offline
I have one month and is always offline, just when I’m at the house I can see the cameras😳 but when I’m out I can’t see what is happening
Always missing at least 1/3 of cameras image
This app is simply horrible. After 2 years of use, I have not been able to see all 9 cameras working at once. If you click on a camera to enlarge the image, it just shows a loading image indefinitely. There are far better platforms out there, just a shame these cameras can only use this lousy app!

The app NEVER works in my phone, nor my coworker’s phone, neither in our laptops nor PCs!!!!

App isn’t great
I don’t know what is going on with this app. It did what it was supposed to do as of December 31, 2024. January 1, 2025, it no longer saves incidents. We get notices on a locked screen but when we go into the incidents, nothing is there. This isn’t the first time there have been issues with the system.

This app is not ideal. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t. Every iOS update seems to affect its function. It’s no where near as good as Nest or Hue platforms. It’s a mess.

The imaging takes forever to load whether I’m using wifi or personal data. Sometimes it doesn’t load at all. please fix.

Useful live view of cameras from anywhere
Great little app to view my camera system installed at my office. Easy to check on the parking lot, front and back doors, and I use it anytime I’m on the road or not at work. Alarm system in the office got tripped once and I figured it was false alarm by watching the video playback from the cameras. I can watch as much as the NVR storage can hold. Recommend more storage especially if you’ve got the 4K cameras like me. Very happy with this system.

Easy to use and love the panic button
New update allows me hit a panic button for emergencies. Setting off all the alarms on the cams. Good app to connect to my system and I can even add another system on the same app.

Not user friendly
The setup is not user friendly and the area selection for motion capture only allows 4 points (rectangle). My main issue with this app is that the notifications only include the “channel number” and not the name of the camera. I hope the next version resolves these issues.

Used to work and suddenly no push notifications today. Well, I click into settings it crushes instantly and quit by itself.

I can’t go to events and see the playback for the video. It shows no file found.
But in the regular playback I see blue lines referring to events. Can a support or anyone help me.

Good security camera for day/night
Installed the 8MP at my house, the cameras show very detail for the day/night. Give me the colour image for the night time, good system.
