Needs polish
Third party app integration is clunky. Programming on calendar leaves gaps. Must choose runner, cyclist, or triathlete; would be great if there were more options and user could choose more than one sport. Ui is basic and plain. Not super user friendly.
The only training coach I need in 2026
If you’re not using HRV to guide your training in 2026, you’re leaving serious gains on the table. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and it’s genuinely changed how I train.
What hooked me is how it measures LT1 and LT2 in real time — you always know your exact zones, so not a single pedal stroke gets wasted. That’s not a small thing when you’re trying to build fitness, not just accumulate hours.
The coaching side is just as good. It schedules everything around your current fitness level, manages your training load so you don’t blow yourself up, and automatically adjusts your power targets as you get faster. Need to skip a day or shuffle the schedule? Done. It adapts without drama.
What really won me over though was this: I suggested adding a button in the app and it was live two weeks later. That kind of responsiveness from a company tells you everything about how much they actually care about their athletes.
This is the way.

Thank you very much for the review! You are totally right about the back button, it's added to the list EDIT: We've added a back button now - thanks again for the suggestion!
The smartest training platform I’ve used!
I’ve spent plenty of time on TrainerRoad and Zwift, but AIEndurance is on a different level. Most platforms push generic, template-based workouts; this app actually builds a dynamic plan around your unique physiology, power data, and schedule. It’s not guessing, it’s adapting.
What sets it apart:
• True Personalization: The power predictions (FTP, endurance power, etc.) aren’t just vanity metrics. They translate into targeted workouts that improve aerobic efficiency rather than just piling on random intervals.
• Smart Scheduling: It’s the first platform I’ve found that perfectly balances my routine of shorter, focused weekday sessions with 50+ mile weekend efforts without overcomplicating the recovery.
• Proven Results: I’ve seen a clear shift in my performance metrics (like Alpha 1 scores), but more importantly, I actually feel stronger on the bike, especially deep into long-distance rides and fondos.
If you’re a data-driven cyclist who wants a plan that respects your time and actually makes you faster, this is a no-brainer.

Great Idea, some bugs
I love the idea. I love the analysis and the use of my personal data to train a digital twin. I also love how it will continually adapt your threshold, VO2 and endurance values to ensure that you are training at the right intensity every workout.
Updated to 5 stars. I had a support issue that took a minute to resolve, but the team got back to me and answered my questions, and I’m back
On track.
Another suggestion would be to include better “ai” instructions for the execution of each workout, including HR ceilings. I’d also like to see an automated evaluation of workout performance. How closely did I execute the workout to the plan? What should I do differently next time, etc.
Again, amazing idea and a decent interface. Needs better support and to more fully leverage AI for workout instructions and feedback.

Thank you for the review! Thanks for the feedback too. We're definitely going to create a better scheduled vs executed workout analysis in the future.
Fantastic app only missing one thing
A back button is really needed. To review one metric that is on a different page you will have to return to main menu and then back into your ride. Love the workouts. Love the use of HRV and metrics. Overall it’s an amazing app with treasures of data on yourself.

AI endurance is a step up in virtual coaching
This app works really well. It’s so easy to create a plan using a simple combination of your goals, your available time and your data which you can easily link from your fitness apps.
I’ve made huge improvements in my triathlon times this season and I really like the way you can dynamically drag and drop your sessions around according to your week and fit training in around your schedule (important if, like me, you have a busy calendar!)
