Extremely horrible app!!!

I purchased a year’s subscription. After 2 uses, it locked me out. It does not now seem to recognize my Apple password. After emailing “support” about 6 times, no one has bothered to respond to help.
I have several months left & cannot use the app.
So disgusting!!!
