Took away my subscription I paid for til next year.
They took away my subscription I bought until April 18,2027. I have emailed with no success. Apple tried to help me but said it was on their side. I guess they don’t check their emails. Took away all of my garden information for no reason. Unless they restore my subscription with all my info I would not advise getting this app.

don’t subscribe they want more money in the end
I subscribed a while few months ago and now it keeps telling me I am not subscribed, tried contacting but nothing came of that. I can’t access any of it but they happily took my money. A total rip off is what it feels like.
Do not use this
I used this as a trial and the next thing I know I am being billed 19.99 A WEEK! A WEEK! If you try this site be sure to cancel it the second you know you won’t use it or you will be paying $80 a month to identity plants. I have requested a refund from apple but don’t know how that will turn out.

No way to communicate
I’ve tried to communicate with app developer about my unhappiness with the site, (no matter what plant I try to identify, it shows no results and suggests I upgrade to AI premium) and there’s no way to ‘send’ messaging. I also get daily upgrade notices.
Rip off
I paid for a one year subscription but I am unable to use this app? I’m not impressed . So I just cancelled my subscription. Kindly refund my account.
