I logged in for 29 cents never looked at the app again I was going to take it outside to check on flowers I had growing outside I never used the app not one mi minute I’m requesting an 80.00 refund that your app has been taking out of my spark account I can afford 29 cents I can’t afford 919.99 a week please refund me I never used the app at all

This is a fraud
I paid 34 for a year subscription. I used it once. Now when I open it it’s asking me for more money for weekly access, monthly access or whatever they can get.
I complained to Apple and they are fine with it. I guess this is what Tim Cook’s Apple of Today is supposed to work.

Everything is always dying or dehydrated when it is perfectly fine. Almost cut off a new orchid branch cause it told me it was a parasite, everything has root rot, not good at all.

When they advertise the ad it says for free but then it won’t let you scan any plants until you subscribe. So I deleted the app

Thus app advertisements say it is completely frr and when you download and start it, the first thing you do is have to choose which plan you want to pay for. Lies!!

I tried to sign up for a free trial and ended up being charged the annual fee. I tried to identify a plant that this website couldn’t recognize. I tried to diagnose a sick plant and am being told I have to upgrade for that service. I’ve had no response from customer service

The add says it completely free but going through the steps to get into the app. It wants to subscribe you not much but still there is a charge for that not quite sure how it’s going to help. My plants will update soon.

Add says totally free and it’s not. Then I wanted the lowest price option and it made me pay for the 19.99 price. Id be more apt to keep this if you just told the truth and charged me for what I wanted.

You are advertising this as totally free. It is not you can download it, but in order to use it, you have to pay.
