Worst plant website
I tried to sign up for a free trial and ended up being charged the annual fee. I tried to identify a plant that this website couldn’t recognize. I tried to diagnose a sick plant and am being told I have to upgrade for that service. I’ve had no response from customer service

The add says it completely free but going through the steps to get into the app. It wants to subscribe you not much but still there is a charge for that not quite sure how it’s going to help. My plants will update soon.

Add says totally free and it’s not. Then I wanted the lowest price option and it made me pay for the 19.99 price. Id be more apt to keep this if you just told the truth and charged me for what I wanted.

Paid on July 4, payment went through July 6
. Provided proof to Customer Support over a week ago. No response. Requested refund if they weren’t going to fix it. No response. I paid for a year subscription. Non-functional, just begs for me to subscribe, yet tells me I am already subscribed.

You are advertising this as totally free. It is not you can download it, but in order to use it, you have to pay.

The advertisement said this is totally free. It is not. You have to buy a subscription. I really wanted to try this, but I’m not doing this because they lied in the advertisement. Why would I try an app from a company that is not honest they should say try the app for free not that it’s totally free BS

Faulty app
I purchased the year long subscription to this - after purchasing I tried to use this and the app tried to get me to sign up for a “trial period” of three days even though I paid for the subscription. I doubt my money will be refunded.

Well, #1: IT ISNT FREE. #2: it told me that I’m overwatering my plant when it’s HEALTHY, so I watered it less. What happened, it died. So, what did I do? I scanned it and guess what is said: UNDERWATERING! so, overall, it took my money and killed my plant.

So I had an app for my plants but I was playing my golf game and this “plant lush” ad I watched said the best part is it’s totally free. Exact words, “totally free” so I downloaded it, well I can’t say if the app works because they offer a free trial but then they charge. Well I never use an app built on deception.

This app offers a “totally free trial”. That’s totally false. When signing up for the totally free trial, the app automatically bills you for one year. Then Apple does nothing to refund that charge.

Not worth it. I tried it on 4 of my plants and said it couldn't help and try again. I went to try to use the app contact us page and ask for a refund and it just sits there. The submit button won't do anything. So now I paid $34 for something that didn't work well and they don't stand behind there refund policy because you can't even start the process to ask
