Don’t bother
This app is a waste of time and money. Used for a month with zero results. Not user friendly at all. Oh and if you delete your account they will still continue to charge you unless you specifically email the support team to no longer charge.

this app has been taking $40 out of my account every month even after I deleted my account. in the app there is no where for me to fix this and there is no customer service for me to call. i’m not sure what to do at this point.
Lost 8 kg
Simple to use and helps keep you on track with intermittent fasting. When I completed my goal, at my request they promptly cancelled my subscription. I would definitely use them again if I need to lose weight again.
Still Charging Me
I’ve cancelled this app, the subscription & I’ve still been getting charged $29.99 monthly. This is so frustrating because there’s no direct way to reach out & cancel this.
Worst tracking app
Please DO NOT download or use this app. Is not worth the try. I have been having such a difficult time cancelling the service and the app keeps charging me $29.99 a month. I have reported the app many times and nothing has happened. I had to make multiple reports to other apps such as PayPal to get my money refunded. This app doesn’t have a contact number and the email available is never sending any response.

I accepted their trial offer for the first discounted month of $14.99. I did not really see the benefit of the app and only used for a few minutes of time over a few days. I’ve been found it extremely difficult to cancel the subscription. By the time I was able to cancel this company had charge me many months at $29.99 which I never used for one minute during that time of billing. I finally reached out to the correct email address I was able to locate and all I got was a complete runaround and denial stating that I should’ve read the terms and conditions. The company appears to have the age old tactic of making it difficult for some subscribers to cancel so that they can link in the lifetime value of their subscribers and increase their revenues. They should have a simple feature on your phone that you can cancel the subscription at Will or also send advanced notification that they will be billing you again the next month that gives you the option to hit cancel at that point most of the really good subscriptions give consumers multiple ways to be able to cancel and therefore they tend to keep them longer because they have good customer service tactics. This company is the old school way of keeping your money until you can figure it out. I definitely do not recommend them.

i downloaded this app and never used it. I thought it was canceled. but they have been charging my foot over half a year now.
Scam
If you purchase a subscription, it does not talk to the website so it will start charging you through the website without approval scamming you out of more money and they will not refund you!!!
I hate it here.
I canceled my subscription to this app, yet I’m still being charged $40 every month. This is actually illegal. This is a scam, and I will get to the bottom of this. I see the reviews on here pretty much all get the same answer with no resolution. Next stop is to call the authorities to get this operation shut down or investigated.
