Insta important doesn’t work well

So I tried this app for a few days. It has a lot of problems trying to import from Instagram. I tried three times and it wasn’t able to import Instagram recipes that had a very detailed caption instructions. Today it was able to do it but it missed a few ingredients. This really only works if you want to store recipes that are in text format on the Internet Too bad I had high hopes for this.

No Way to add Your own Meaks

The only way you can add a meal is by using their recipes. For instance, today is Sunday. With football on tv I wanted to note on my calendar hotdogs and cheeseburgers.. There’s no way to add your own. I don’t like this ap at all.

If you click on the circled + icon at the top right of the Explore screen, you can add recipes by browsing the internet and importing, manually add recipes, and import from a photo of a recipe card. We are constantly working to improve our app - releasing multiple updates every month. We hope you will give us another chance.

Beautiful and useful

The recipes are interesting and well-made (tasty!), and the photography and videos make the app a pleasure to use. This is really a cut above other recipe apps and websites.

All in one meal planning app

Cooking is a chore for me. It falls to me to decide what to fix for every meal, shop and get it on the table. I want quick and easy ideas.
A friend told me about this app and all that it does which sounded too good to believe. This review is already too long when I all I want to say is explore it for 5 minutes. Do it if you hate cooking or love it.
It's very cool.

Excellent Meal App

I have been using the Paprika app for some time now and I find it very useful as a recipe box, but find this app to be far superior in that it actually helps in meal planning, grocery lists, and preparation. A Better Meal app is so convenient and easy to use, highly recommend!!!

Finally…

I found a meal planning app that REALLY supports my busy life! The customization features have been so helpful and a time saver. I’ve been able to import specific recipes that build on their rich database of meals. Each update to the app keeps getting better and more useful. Thanks a better meal listening to feedback!

Blown away!

Love the update! The cooking and quick skills videos are so helpful. I love the beautiful images and the way I can curate my own meal plans. I could go on and on! But what really stuck out was the ability for me to pull in all the social media recipes from different platforms. Now I have them all in one place. Brilliant!!

Something I can’t find anywhere else

I am a huge fan of this app, it finally allows me to take all my recipes from across all platforms, put them in one place, customize them into my own meal plan, AND with a click of a button send my grocery list to Walmart for pickup!! One stop shop, it also suggests new recipes, has a cool explore page with cooking videos, and is just so much fun to use. Definitely recommend a download.

New version of app is truly a game-changer!

A Better Meal rolled out a completely updated version! Loving it! Still the awesome recipe importing as in my original review (below) but now there is also cooking lessons, inspo videos, great recipe photos and a section called “my stuff” where I can quickly find all my saved recipes, collections and videos! Thanks for the update!
