Does not care about its customers at all. Genuinely will not try to help you or anything. Do not order from them.
Hello fresh
I’ve had a couple of boxes now and all the meals have been delicious, fresh ingredients to cook with really good portion size always got left over. The cooking steps are so simple to follow and it’s all nicely packaged and organised really happy with my orders 😄

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU without your consent and send you an unauthorized box. This company is predatory, has poor ingredients and issues with boxes (packing issues, SMELLY ROTTEN MEATS). I strongly advise to pick another company.

Made one order and payed almost $100! I’ll never order through this place again! Basically had salad in the delivery, no meat or seafood for that price?! The photos/pictures are false advertising! What a waste of money and time. I could have spent that at the supermarket! I was after ready meals! Not do it yourself meals!

Pretty disappointed
This is pretty poor. I recently went back and gave it a go after trying hello fresh previously and being let down. I swore not to come back as the service was pretty poor last time. However, I was talked into coming back by one of their salesmen who said they’d fixed all issues.
So I was optimistic. Unfortunately, first delivery and multiple ingredients missing.
Try to report this and I’m placed on hold and waiting for an agent. I write this after becoming frustrated at waiting.
Gousto, their main competitor - I had the same issue last week with missing ingredients, but Gousto sorted it straight away. No hold, no wait, just straight forward report and refund using the app. No air chat, no waiting for an agent. Just decent service. I’m left regretting giving hello fresh one more chance.
