Terrible App, decent food
The app UI is awful. Trying to view the current week, but it’s really a “past order” but it also doesnt show up in past orders. The app glitches out constantly. Customer service is mid, the food is alright.
Disappointed
They were doing great and I enjoyed this plan and then they started sending me missing ingredients and moldy food and too small of vegetables, missing directions. Just mistake after mistake for weeks. I forgot to pick my meals I wanted and tried contacting them right away and THEY NEVER RESPOND. Finally called and all they said was I missed my window to cancel the order, well yeah I missed it because THEY DID NOT RESPOND. Completely disappointed with company and their terrible customer service. I would not recommend because even with how enjoyable and easy the meals were at the beginning the company just went completely downhill. Also the meat products never have an expiration date on them and say not to refreeze so that makes me question how old the meat actually is?

Used to be good
I used to love this company… Big portions lots of variety good quality. The last year…year and a half the portions have gotten smaller. They give you the smallest amount of vegetables such as broccoli is barely enough for 2 people let alone 4. They up charge you for anything of “better quality”. The steak bits are chewy. I never order them anymore. It’s continually coming late or damaged. And the only way they reward you for sticking with them is if you get someone else to buy boxes. I’ve been with this company for almost 3 years. I have 150 boxes ordered and I have nothing to show for it.

Inconsistent quality; poor delivery
They send you veggies that go bad within a few days, but they also can’t deliver on the same day each week, making it hard to plan around the short shelf life. Everything is inconsistent here. Customer service is this pointless chat bot that can’t understand simple sentences.
