Long time subscriber, from around 2015, just canceled it. Quality changed drastically on all levels from deliveries to packaging to produce. Missing produce and meat in EVERY order, from small knick-knacks to protein options. Rotten vegetables. Horrible packaging for sauces and spices, spilled all over your order. Randomly canceled deliveries (had two out of three deliveries canceled without any notice in a last 3 weeks). It was a great experience till they decided to change everything not so long ago. Sad, but it is a complete disrespect towards their customers.

By far the best meal delivery kit
I’ve tried nearly every meal kit delivery subscription, and Blue Apron by far has the tastiest dishes, for the most fair price. I’ve used Blue Apron off and on for nearly 10 years, and have had very few issues. The times I did have issues, the customer service was really good. They also have a very generous referral system. I recommend Blue Apron to everyone (not even for the rewards!) because it’s just insanely better than the rest

Continues to send advertising notifications after opting out
It sucks that you even have to opt out of advertising from a service that you pay for. The least they can do is actually respect the opt out.
Food is delicious!
The pre-made meals are great and got me through the first several weeks of recovery from shoulder surgery. I knocked one star off because the seals over the food is nearly impossible to get off of the steaming hot food. I’ve had to use scissors to remove it. Finally gave up and just removed the covers before microwaving. I did put a damp paper towel over it for cooking.

Love the service but they made the app so much worse
The app is garbage now. Your current week’s recipes are so hard to find now. They also took away the ability to look at all recipes.
