Too many missing items
For the price point they make mistakes and they don’t honor their mistakes very well. Their customer service is very, very poor.
Wrong orders
Disability’s don’t allow for food recipes. I ordered heat and eat. I attempted every way to inform the company their websites were frozen. The response was when I asked the bank to stop the payments. I can show you all the food that sits in my refrigerator before I dispose of it. Communication must improve. I have waisted monies and suffered much agony trying to make contact. For these reasons my experience has been a total waist . All gone down the drain. What is the point of having websites and phones that do not work or communicate.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fresh, Delicious, Convenient—and Amazing Customer Service!
I absolutely love Sunbasket! The food is always fresh, delicious, and incredibly easy to prepare. It makes eating well so much more convenient, especially on busy days, and I’ve found it to be very affordable for the quality and convenience you get.
What really sets Sunbasket apart, though, is their customer service. On the rare occasion that something has been wrong with an order or a delivery has arrived late because of a shipping/post office issue, Sunbasket has made it right immediately and with absolutely no hassle. No arguing, no jumping through hoops—they simply take care of it.
Great food, great variety, convenience, reasonable prices, and a company that actually stands behind its service. I highly recommend Sunbasket!

Delivery issues fixed
Update- they have changed my shipping provider so I am much happier now.
Old-So far I’ve been interested in the menu. But they use Veho, which will leave your box of food out in the parking lot and mark it as delivered. They have left my food in like 5 or 6 different spots, and the delivery is very inconsistent. So that is a huge hit to me wanting to keep this service.

Healthy family option!
We have been using Sunbasket for years now to help our family integrate, healthy, eating with our busy lives! The recipes are nutrient rich while tasting great. It has helped introduce everyone, especially our children, to new foods and recipes!
