From great to average
Marley spoon recipes are great and it used to be super easy - however now you just get a bunch of food and have to sort through everything and find the ingredients yourself so most of the time save is lost

They were great for the first few months and fell apart since. They will reimburse you for missing ingredients but it doesn’t cover the actual cost of purchase. Late deliveries and missing food is a constant battle.

I keep ordering 26 items per box, 20 meals, 6 market items. I keep receiving about half the items I order due to “supply constraints”. Then I have to email support about missing items and they give me $30 credit. Like I’m missing $100 worth of food, but hey, here is $30 for your troubles. And then that $30 is credit, so you need to buy another box to get any use out of it. And go figure, next box has the same issue. Order is never fulfilled 100%. Maybe smaller boxes arrive without issue. But then don’t offer an 18 meal box when you cannot fulfill 18 meals. Don’t let me add more meals when you cannot fulfill those meals.

The last three weeks have been less than half of the order ingredients and the half that does arrive is damaged and spoiled with packages haphazardly thrown together and spilling the customer service is horrendous and the same automated response of an unforeseen issue can’t really be unforeseen if it’s been the same pattern for a month the service has been dwindling for some time now it’s definitely time for a change
