Delivery issues fixed
Update- they have changed my shipping provider so I am much happier now.
Old-So far I’ve been interested in the menu. But they use Veho, which will leave your box of food out in the parking lot and mark it as delivered. They have left my food in like 5 or 6 different spots, and the delivery is very inconsistent. So that is a huge hit to me wanting to keep this service.

Healthy family option!
We have been using Sunbasket for years now to help our family integrate, healthy, eating with our busy lives! The recipes are nutrient rich while tasting great. It has helped introduce everyone, especially our children, to new foods and recipes!

Sunbasket offers healthy and delicious meals. They are very timely, and meal kits are always delivered in good condition. They take special care to source organically. They offer many different options for low calorie meals which is great! The only constructive feedback I have is that it would be really nice if we could get microwavable meals without plastic on top.

Recipe options reduced
I’ve been a SunBasket customer for 8+ years. Tasty, healthy, sustainable, & convenient, I reduced my rating due to offering fewer Paleo recipes and changes in the past year or so. I am still a customer but I skip due to recipes being leas appealing and fewer options.
Going downhill
Selections are too repetitive and are constantly sold out.
I had 3 orders in a row where an item was removed so my order was short. I get a credit but it is still inconvenient. I am looking for another meal service.

Husband live Sunbasket.
My husband gets into cooking them every night. Then he has leftovers for lunch the next day. I pick out what he eats. He can’t make up his mind so he has me do it. The choices are wonderful. I am avoiding spices, dairy and pepper. I wish Sun Basket had meals for type A blood which means no tomatoes no sweet potatoes fish is OK but not shellfish beef is a no no pork is a no no. Somebody should create an eat right for your blood type subscription meal plan so if you know anybody have them take a go at it.

Sunbasket has made my life easier. Three days a week I don’t have to worry about what to make and going to the store. I am also eating healthier portions and more vegetables. It’s been almost four years now and I’m still happy with the menu and the ingredients and the deliveries. Well worth the cost.

Best meal delivery
My husband and I have tried other meal delivery options, and Sunbasket meals are by far the freshest and highest quality we’ve ever experienced. Pre-made meals are very high quality ingredients and easy to put together and cook Being in the kitchen with Sunbasket has become an enjoyable and delicious experience :)

Does not allow you to contact support. It asks you to log in even after you log in. Scammy user experience.
Unreliable delivery makes the subscription unusable
We’ve used Sunbasket for a while and like the meals themselves, but delivery reliability has become a major issue. About half of our last 10 deliveries have arrived a day late or not arrived at all.
We’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing has improved. For a weekly meal subscription, dependable delivery is essential — and right now, that’s not happening. Unfortunately, this makes the service difficult to justify despite otherwise good food.

Was really good once
This service was really good when we started using it a long time ago. Lately though they have been delivering too late to be useful, the delivery drivers don’t mark the boxes as delivered and also don’t ring the doorbell. There have also been increasing issues with missing ingredients and recipe cards. When you contact customer service you get a boiler plate response that leaves you with the sense that they don’t really care.

The food is great / app is not
Should be able to empty the box and add what I want rather than filling the box as I delete. It should also be easier to skip a week.
Bad customer service
I paused my subscription and was surprised when I was charged for a weekly delivery. I contacted customer service and they told me that because I had logged into my account to update my address after setting the pause, my deliveries resumed. I don’t know how I was supposed to expect that. They refused to refund the delivery. There’s lots of meal delivery options — pick one with better customer service.

I give one star every time an app asks for feedback
The corporate obsession with feedback surveys for every minor interaction needs to die. It only serves to artificially pad feedback ratings so that executives can increase their compensation without implementing any real change.
Great Alternative
I find Sunbasket recipes easy to follow and delicious! I enjoy cooking and I am learning a lot of recipes and techniques in the process. Also I like I don’t have to go searching for the ingredients!
My husband who tends to be a fussy eater enjoys them too! We also like the variety that is offered. We tend to generally get vegetarian meals. I have been using them for three to four weeks now!

Good and plenty of food for us!
This was so good, and finally we got enough to feed both of us to where we were good and full after!
Organic and yummy!
I’ve done a lot of baskets and I keep coming back to Sunbasket bc I can trust it to be healthy and organic for my family every time. It’s calming to know that these meals are in my fridge when I get home from work. I’ve been using Sunbasket for 8 years!

I had a Sunbasket subscription a few years ago and like the food. I felt it was good quality. I decided to try it again. Quality of food has gone down. I’ve received meals that had one day left on their Best Buy date. Not worthy of the price point which for 5 meals is $80. I will not be sticking around. Disappointed.
