Meal selection via the app doesn’t work
I’ve been getting EveryPlate boxes for the past 3+ years and have recently found there’s a bug in the app which means that you can no longer select which meals you want via the app. I have to use a web browser. This is frustrating and inconvenient, can you guys fix it?
Terrible App, decent food
The app UI is awful. Trying to view the current week, but it’s really a “past order” but it also doesnt show up in past orders. The app glitches out constantly. Customer service is mid, the food is alright.
Disappointed
They were doing great and I enjoyed this plan and then they started sending me missing ingredients and moldy food and too small of vegetables, missing directions. Just mistake after mistake for weeks. I forgot to pick my meals I wanted and tried contacting them right away and THEY NEVER RESPOND. Finally called and all they said was I missed my window to cancel the order, well yeah I missed it because THEY DID NOT RESPOND. Completely disappointed with company and their terrible customer service. I would not recommend because even with how enjoyable and easy the meals were at the beginning the company just went completely downhill. Also the meat products never have an expiration date on them and say not to refreeze so that makes me question how old the meat actually is?

Used to be good
I used to love this company… Big portions lots of variety good quality. The last year…year and a half the portions have gotten smaller. They give you the smallest amount of vegetables such as broccoli is barely enough for 2 people let alone 4. They up charge you for anything of “better quality”. The steak bits are chewy. I never order them anymore. It’s continually coming late or damaged. And the only way they reward you for sticking with them is if you get someone else to buy boxes. I’ve been with this company for almost 3 years. I have 150 boxes ordered and I have nothing to show for it.

Inconsistent quality; poor delivery
They send you veggies that go bad within a few days, but they also can’t deliver on the same day each week, making it hard to plan around the short shelf life. Everything is inconsistent here. Customer service is this pointless chat bot that can’t understand simple sentences.

Save yourself
Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this company. They send stuff even if you don’t want it and charge you for it. Then it’s a huge hassle to cancel.
Scam
I was looking into this meal plan service. I logged in and created an account. The website made me enter my credit card info to look through the plans so I did. After deciding to use their service I cancelled my account. Remind you this all happened during the first login. A couple of days later I get charged for an order so I call the company. I find out that I cancelled my account but did not cancel the order, that was in a separate area of their webpage, but the order went through. I called to discuss with them but customer service was absolutely horrible. I asked them to fully delete my account with them and they said they would but it would take 45-90 days! I kid you not. Total scam!!!!

Missing Chicken!!!
If I’m going to be paying 86 dollars every time I order a box, I better have all the ingredients. The first box I ordered was missing chicken and that was an entire meal that I couldn’t make.
I only got 4.26 dollars back in credit. Which is not helpful because I still don’t have what I need to make the meal. Now I have to go to the store and spend more money on getting chicken that I should have already received because I paid for it.
I will be cancelling my subscription.

Ditch the app
To be honest the app is useless. It used to work great and now you can’t view “my menu” which allows you to select your meals. Have to use a browser, just says “technical error” and its been like this for months. No update fixes it. Contacted CS about it and they said its a known issue. Ditch the app, use the browser.
The service is okay. More new meals come out ar a higher price than the “free” ones you get with your plans so its usually the same stuff every month. Some weeks are great, others not so much. Still cheaper than groceries.

Need to fix the app

4+ years of use
My husband and I have been using EveryPlate for over 4 years. The prices are fantastic, the options are consistent, and 90% of the time things arrive fresh. We've used them because we simply dislike meal planning and then shopping, it helps us stay in budget and try new things.
Unfortunately we have decided to leave EveryPlate as their recent update is making things less convenient - can't load the weekly options, or just entirely deletes your account (this has happened twice) and it's gotten to the point that we are just tired of trying the same meals week after week

App Does Not Work!!
The App has not worked in several days, 3-4 at least. I am unable to sign on WHICH MEANS I CANNOT PICK MY MEALS. Love spending $50+ to get random meals that I didn’t ask for…will be canceling at the end of the month if the app is not fixed.
The app is pointless
For months now the app is just a waste of space on my phone. I HAVE to use the website itself to do anything. What's even the point?? I can't edit my meals from the app, it just says "oops we encountered a problem please retry!" Which does nothing. Super annoyed because the website is clunky to me.
Just Started
My friend has been using EveryPlate for more than a year and loves it. I have tried others and wanted to give EveryPlate a try. So far everything thing has been wonderful.
Service and meals are great, app stopped working
For the past few months, I am able to see my meals for future weeks, just not able to edit them in app as it would crash if I tried. Opening in the browser works fine. When I go to edit the future week, it says “Whoops, no meals are showing” the first time. Subsequent attempts do show the meals, but edits are not possible. It would be great to have this core app functionality working again.

Sketchy Practices
I started this service thru referral from my girlfriend. It offered me a small discount for the first 11 meals. I’ve made 6 orders so far. When you refer someone you can get $30 voucher. They fail to tell you that it can’t be applied until you make all of your 11 discounted orders first. Also, they will not let you cancel your order after your meal selection date. Even when it hasn’t been shipped. The rep clearly told me the order hasn’t shipped, but I can’t cancel it per our policy but I can swap my meals. When I was offered a menu to swap meals none of the meals I wanted were available. They can change my meals, but can’t cancel my order? This clearly indicates that customers are being held hostage so an order is guaranteed. The ethics of this company are questionable.

Waste of time
Everytime I’ve ordered, it has been delayed. Making my plans messed up for the whole week. They offer a $5 credit, and said it is unusual for this to happen. I’ve had ordered now twice, and same excuses are given.
I am sick of this company and I will NEVER use it ever again.

Not a great sign that my very first box was delayed. Doesn’t make me to excited to keep subscribing.
