Needs Improvement
I buy their meals and I like them generally. There is a nice sorting function that allows you to sort meals by various things like protein content, carbs, calories, type of protein, etc., with one glaring exception: fat grams. Without it, I have to hunt and peck through each of the nutritional summaries. Very laborious. I'm not sure why they don't have it. I can't be the only person who wants to eat low fat.

Latest Update doesn’t work
There was a recent “Upgrade” of the app that was apparently supposed to improve the experience but now you cannot even view the menu or change your meal selections

Don’t download this app. Don’t start this service. After one week, I wanted to quit the service. I followed all their instructions, and it took me to a webpage that said “Oops. We can’t seem to find the page you’re looking for.”

Poor/rigid service
I’ve been using Factor for a year now and was enjoying it so much that I got the premium subscription. Recently had an emergency that required me to leave town for a week on short notice and contacted factor to cancel my box and credit the amount I paid to my next box. They said they couldn’t, I said I was fine with that but asked them to at least not send the box because it would go to waste. They said they couldn’t because the shipping label had already been created. We were five days out from the shipping date. I get not being able to cancel the box or credit my payment to a future box because it was a COUPLE OF HOURS PAST THE CUTOFF, but being so rigid that you can’t cancel sending a box because a shipping label is created? I asked the representative to cancel my subscription and thankfully they did that quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed the meals I’d gotten over the last year but I won’t be returning.

It’s a Scam
Once you sign this you cannot do nothing in the app, the app simply don’t open correctly, I cannot manage nothing there, send to browser and there’s the same.
