Glitchy App
When I change my box size the app constantly messes up when I try to select my meals.
I just spent a bunch of time picking and when I went to review it had replaced what I picked with the original auto picks.
Wasting my time.
Please fix this issues asap.
I like the service, but this app needs to be fixed.

Bad AI chatbot!
No one wants to have to beg a useless AI chatbot to transfer you to a person!
Useless customer service
I have been with Factor off and on since 2022. In the past two weeks, I have had to deal with four customer service representatives some silly useless AI and nobody knows what they’re talking about. They keep taking out my payments and telling me that my orders are canceled and that refund was given but my checking account so the opposite. My order shows shipped, money has been paid but customer service said they cancelled my order due to lack of payment. I’m tired of having to call weekly to confirm food will be delivered.

Mediocre App
This isn’t about the service as much as the app itself. It’s well designed from a UI perspective but very glitchy - while selecting meals they often won’t show up in the cart, or the selections you’ve made will be reset before you get a chance to confirm them. Meals you definitely ordered randomly won’t show up in order history. If you scroll too far through the “Rate” tab all your previous meal history will vanish and you have to reload the app to see them again.

Awful
Small portions and the food goes bad in faster than a week. Impossible to cancel even 5 days before the box is prepped and sent.
