changed for subscription without real usage
I only tried the app briefly at the beginning and did not actively use it afterward. However, I later discovered that I had been charged for approximately 43 weeks, totaling around KRW 473,000.
I immediately cancelled the subscription once I noticed the charges and contacted both Apple Support and the developer. Apple informed me that they can only review refunds within the most recent three months and advised me to contact the developer for earlier charges.
Unfortunately, the developer only provides automated responses and does not address the actual issue or offer any review process for long-term accidental subscriptions.
I am requesting a review of my case, as there was no meaningful usage of the service during the subscription period.
