We understand the concern, but all subscriptions and trial terms are shown clearly by Apple before confirmation, including renewal price and billing period. You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings before the trial ends. We’re also working on adding more flexible plans, including lifetime options, for different types of users.

Мы постоянно оптимизируем производительность, особенно при работе с большими объёмами фото, и уже выпустили несколько обновлений с ускорением обработки. Если приложение работает медленно — это может зависеть от типа файлов (например, RAW), носителя (SD-карта, SSD) или количества фото в папке. По поводу интерфейса — спасибо, что отметили. Мы активно его упрощаем и будем рады понять, что именно показалось неочевидным. Будет очень полезно, если вы напишете нам через меню приложения (или на почту поддержки) чуть подробнее: – на каком устройстве вы используете приложение – с какими файлами работаете – на каком этапе возникает замедление Так мы сможем быстрее разобраться и улучшить приложение. Die Arbeit mit großen Fotosammlungen (10.000+ Bilder) ist für uns ein zentrales Szenario, und wir haben in den letzten Updates bereits mehrere Verbesserungen bei Performance und Stabilität umgesetzt. Abstürze und sehr langsame Kategorisierung sollten so nicht auftreten — hier würden wir das gerne genauer untersuchen. Ein paar Punkte zur Einordnung: – Die Geschwindigkeit kann stark vom Speicherort abhängen (z. B. interne Mediathek vs. externe SSD/SD-Karte) – Sehr große Sammlungen werden schrittweise verarbeitet, um das System nicht zu überlasten – Anpassungsmöglichkeiten für Ergebnisse (Flags, Bewertungen, Farben) sind vorhanden und werden aktuell weiter ausgebaut, um mehr Kontrolle zu geben Dass Ihre Sammlung mit 17.000 Fotos nicht verarbeitet wurde, klingt definitiv nicht korrekt — wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie uns über die App kontaktieren und ggf. Buggy and doesn’t work
I quickly uninstalled it and it asked if I wanted to cancel subscription. I clicked cancel yet I was still charged after the trial ended.

Thank you for your feedback — and sorry to hear about your experience. Regarding the issue with trial features not unlocking properly — this definitely shouldn’t happen. In some cases, it can be related to a temporary App Store sync issue (for example, if the purchase status wasn’t updated correctly on the device). Usually, restoring purchases resolves this, but we understand this created a frustrating first impression. About the charge after cancellation — subscriptions and billing are fully handled by Apple. Even if you uninstall the app, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. This is standard App Store behavior. That said, we completely understand how this situation feels. If you were charged unintentionally, you can request a refund directly through Apple here: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate another chance — we’ve already improved stability and onboarding in recent updates. And if something still doesn’t work for your use case, feel free to reach out via the app — we’re happy to help.

Love the App!
AI aside, I really love the ability to quickly compare two photos. You can easily tap the screen left and right and cycle between two photos to identify the better one. Overall very happy with the app. I bought the one year plan and it’s even more worth it when you factor in that you can share it with your Apple Family.
The customer service team is very kind and helpful too. Zero complaints from me.
I think my only feedback is I look forward to any improvements for the AI model.

Does not work with external drives or network nas

Thank you for your feedback! The app works correctly with external drives connected directly to the iPad or iPhone (via USB-C, Lightning, or card reader). The issue you described happens only with NAS drives mounted through the Files app — this is a known iPadOS bug where third-party apps cannot access file lists on network volumes provided by Files. We’ve already submitted a bug report to Apple and are currently adding direct SMB access support to PhotoPicker, so you’ll soon be able to browse and cull photos directly from your NAS without this limitation. Thank you for your patience — we truly appreciate it!

Спасибо за отзыв! В версии 3.4.0 мы уже добавили поддержку сжатых RAW файлов, включая Nikon Z8 и Z6III. Попробуйте обновить приложение и проверить работу напрямую с носителя.
