Why would you not answer emails?

I contacted the app directly and haven’t received a response. I would expect more reliable communication and customer support from an app available on Apple.

RIEN NE FONCTIONNE.

Attention j’ai pris l’abonnement semaine et j’ai voulu générer une vidéo mais rien ne fonctionne. Pour en être sûr d’ailleurs je l’ai même fait 3 fois ! Et 3 fois erreur vidéos. Application pas du tout au point mais à du potentiel si elle fonctionne..

Missing poses

I’m in the jewelry biz and there’s not one model with a pose to show a bracelet. Major error if you’re trying to get new jewelry purchases.

Limited and not inclusive

I was excited to use the app for my jewelry business, but once I purchased it, i see it’s limited. There’s only one woman of color to choose from as a model, plus the app uses credits to use the features even after I paid for one year which is misleading. Lastly, it keeps adding other jewelry to my videos that aren’t my designs and cutting off my products which in some which obviously defeats the purpose. I want a refund and would not recommend this app to anyone at this point.

Some designs are good if you are willing to spend money but you can’t even see your designs, there is no button for it, they only have buttons to buy stuff

Jewelry Images Lose Original Shape

I wanted to use this app for jewelry, but uploaded images lose their original shape and details. The results look very different from the real product, which is disappointing and not suitable for professional use.

Could be better

For the price you pay, the video quality could be better, there is definitely room for improvement. One thing I think is absolutely a rip off is that if you accidentally press “create” without uploading the correct photo, it still generates a video using a default image and you lose your credits. Also, it seems you cannot delete the videos you created from your collection.

Do Not Download

I wish I read the reviews before downloading it and subscribing! Useless, you pay a subscription but still you cannot do anything unless you pay more for in-app credits. Unsubscribed!

You have to pay for the app alone, once you have the app you have to pay extortionate to get credits just to make the videos, even after already paying for the app!

Not even worth a download!

I have never taken the time to write a bad review until now. Such a waist of time. To even do ANYTHING you have to pay under dollars to buy credits. Subscription, yes ok makes sense! I will pay for a subscription but to pay for credits too?? I can hire someone to make me videos for the same price and have a bunch! No hate just needs to be more convenient!

The app does not work. It won’t create the videos…it just says the video is processing then disappears, and takes your credits. Would not recommend this app.

Misleading

Don’t waste your time downloading this app. Says free 3 day trial but you can’t use any of the effects without buying credits. If I can’t test the app you want me to purchase it for the year?
