Why would you not answer emails?
I contacted the app directly and haven’t received a response. I would expect more reliable communication and customer support from an app available on Apple.

Attention j’ai pris l’abonnement semaine et j’ai voulu générer une vidéo mais rien ne fonctionne. Pour en être sûr d’ailleurs je l’ai même fait 3 fois ! Et 3 fois erreur vidéos. Application pas du tout au point mais à du potentiel si elle fonctionne..

Vous avez raison. Une video qui echoue trois fois de suite, ce n'est pas normal. Ecrivez-nous a info@bivex.com avec votre modele d'iPhone et votre version iOS, on va verifier ce qui bloque.

Missing poses
I’m in the jewelry biz and there’s not one model with a pose to show a bracelet. Major error if you’re trying to get new jewelry purchases.

Limited and not inclusive
I was excited to use the app for my jewelry business, but once I purchased it, i see it’s limited. There’s only one woman of color to choose from as a model, plus the app uses credits to use the features even after I paid for one year which is misleading. Lastly, it keeps adding other jewelry to my videos that aren’t my designs and cutting off my products which in some which obviously defeats the purpose. I want a refund and would not recommend this app to anyone at this point.
