Very misleading information

I have emailed you guys multiple times regarding giving my refund. You guys charged my card during my free trial. Over $100 so being that you charged it during my free trial. Ahead of the date that I had time to cancel it.
So I was unable to cancel it in time so you guys got away with charging my card over $100… Just do what’s right and please don’t try to say email you guys because I did multiple times and have not heard nor have I received my refund… This is so not cool and is borderline theft

The idea of the app sounds good, but it changed too much so this free trial was basically a waste of time because it stole my credits and did not give me the correct product. Therefore I will not recommend didn’t even give you the option to give you your credit back once you leave the feedback of the inaccurate product generation.
