The product started out great! In the past six months -unreliable at best
The language translation weight be French, Spanish or Chinese!! Never know until you see the transcript. Sent multiple emails to tech support . The new version turned off this function!!

A one hour mtg on 7/23 had a one paragraph timestamp transcript -- WHAT??

I am requesting a refund! Beware

Just needs a few finishing touches.

Although the app is excellent, and does a great job of outputting meaningful data, it’s missing a few finishing touches.

I mainly use it to transcribe meetings and product consolidated notes and actions.

I wish I could edit the names of meeting participants in a single location, and have this populate it all output types. For example, update the names in the transcriptions section, and this auto update the Meeting Notes section.

Don’t waste your time or money

The app only let me record 2 notes before it was asking me to pay. Like come on! Super annoying…

Ai Transcribe

4 recordings done. Only 2 were successfully recorded and transcribed. Not happy with the app because you won’t know if your recording was successful till later when the meeting is already over. Not reliable.

The audio is gone.. i can't even export the audio file. When i try that, it just close the app

Very Disapointed

I needed this program & in the beginning it was great. After several uses the program started failing to record the classes I was recording. It keeps coming up with error messages & knocks me out of the app.

Could be Amazing - But Needs Two Things

I love almost everything about this app. The transcription is super fast, uploading directly from Files (including Voice Memos saved to files). The AI is excellent at summarizing and doing its job with whatever audio you upload. I uploaded audio files containing ideas, media thoughts, work related, family related, court related, and it deciphered each one ranging from 30 seconds to 30 minutes in a timely manner and consistent with what one would expect from superior AI technology. What needs work: • the app crashes every time I delete a record • it's super monotonous and difficult to delete any record as there is no sliding function and the three dots within the record (at the top)) is weird, and only responds 1/3 of the time • there's no organizational ability with the records, they all just stack on top of each other, forcing you to move them to where you actually have stuff organized. once those items are improved upon, I could totally see myself getting this for a one week subscription a few times a year to tidy up my Voice Memos and audio files.

Beware this junk do not work

I recorded an hour of a meeting and only 12 minutes was recorded. Again please choose another app or you will really get screwed
