Unable to connect

I have tried everything to connect with my H10, including forgetting the device, reconnecting, etc. but the app simply won’t recognize the headphones. So sadly it’s useless. Very disappointing.

Can’t pair

Tried pairing through the app with the h10s being also paired to my phone and not and in either scenario it did not pair. Wasn’t sure what else to try to get in but the app is unusable as such, this was a big reason I got these headphones :(
