Unable to connect
I have tried everything to connect with my H10, including forgetting the device, reconnecting, etc. but the app simply won’t recognize the headphones. So sadly it’s useless. Very disappointing.
Can’t pair
Tried pairing through the app with the h10s being also paired to my phone and not and in either scenario it did not pair. Wasn’t sure what else to try to get in but the app is unusable as such, this was a big reason I got these headphones :(

Every time there is an app update I give it another try.. every single time the same happens: app unable to find my TMA-2 H10. I connect the headphone, I start the app, I enter pairing mode again, the modal for the connection shows but the app keeps on spinning its search animation till it times out.
With hardware quality and price tags like yours it really is a shame what you deliver here. Is there any alternate way to update the headphones?

Hello dear AIAIAI team, this is most frustrating user experience you offer here. App can’t find headphones, although they are already connected to the device. You offer high priced products and don’ you feel bad by offering such a fail? There is not one Review higher than one star. And your webpage still links to this app as of now pretending this would work. Please fix it

This app doesn’t work
I bought the AIAIAI TMA-2 H10 with the W+ receiver and i also own the latest AIAIAI UNIT-4 speakers. In the AIAIAI forum the company stated that it was gonna be possible to connect both devices to the same transmitter and the TMA-2 users would only need to update the firmware with this application however THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT FIND MY HEADPHONES even if they are connected to bluetooth.

Simply can’t find the unit. Does nothing. They don’t offer a macOS tool for firmware updates either so no idea how I can update firmware.
How embarrassing is that for a premium manufacturer!

I have to agree with the other reviews - the app does not find the headphones, although they are properly connected and fully working. I even tried renaming the Bluetooth device, but nothing seems to help.
Maybe it is an option to open up the specs of your firmware and let the open source community support you? You make amazing and sustainable products, and it is really sad to see frustrated customers just because of this firmware updater.

Doesn’t function
Running iOS 16.6.1, can’t detect H10 even after reboot and re-pairing to the phone. Updated via windows and phone still couldn’t detect them.
