It worked good tell the last two updates now it deleted my cameras. I reinstalled them work for a few minutes then they deleted again you need to fix the problem.
Issues with features in app
At first the app would work pirfect before all the new updates now the only fetch that is functional is playback the floodlight or night vision no longer work cant even do the update on any of the cameras they will kick me out of the app and make me start it up again if the company can fix this issue they will be great security cameras for home

Garbage
Completely garbage. Used to be ok now it closes ever time you try to view camera if you don’t buy the subscription. I have wrote and asked for fixes no reply. Not fixed. Don’t waste your money on their product
Keeps crashing and unable to set alarm options
The app keeps crashing when I click on alarm management and set the alarm timing
Last update made the camra useless
The latest update made the camera useless as you are not able to play previous day recordings😡
Solid, Dependable
The cameras and the app have been solid and dependable for us. Would love a sound only option to save bandwidth, but that’s really the only change I would make.

Cannot access camera with 3.3.8 update. New version does not launch or open. Please make older version 3.3.7 available or update current version for older iOS. Thanks

Completely worthless software and camera with no manufacturer support. If you are foolish enough to go with this company (as I was) you will undoubtably regret it. As I do.

The motion sensor doesn’t work. It records nothing and on playback it’s just the same image all the time.
Their app is worthless
I screwed around on my up to date phone for 2 hours trying to register the product so I can get it up and running. Nothing works on it. I’m about to pack this thing up and send it back Amazon.

I can’t even get into the app anymore.
Can’t change Alarm tone, set schedule recording.
I can’t change the default alarm tone. It stays at “Police Car” no matter what I selected for any different tone.
And I can’t find a way to set a schedule recording.

Garbage App
This app is complete garbage. Won’t let me sign in unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Update will be nice. If not, looks like I’m going to buy different cameras.

It’s always buffering, spinning. Can’t ever access the playback. Worthless cameras bc of the app.
