Issues with features in app
At first the app would work pirfect before all the new updates now the only fetch that is functional is playback the floodlight or night vision no longer work cant even do the update on any of the cameras they will kick me out of the app and make me start it up again if the company can fix this issue they will be great security cameras for home

Garbage
Completely garbage. Used to be ok now it closes ever time you try to view camera if you don’t buy the subscription. I have wrote and asked for fixes no reply. Not fixed. Don’t waste your money on their product
Keeps crashing and unable to set alarm options
The app keeps crashing when I click on alarm management and set the alarm timing
Last update made the camra useless
The latest update made the camera useless as you are not able to play previous day recordings😡
Solid, Dependable
The cameras and the app have been solid and dependable for us. Would love a sound only option to save bandwidth, but that’s really the only change I would make.
