App isn’t the best
Worked fine until it randomly stopped working. My camera would still be connected and viewable only through alerts. All of a sudden the app stopped showing my live camera feed and it would constantly log me out of the App and shows I have no camera tied to my account. Yet I still get alerts. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the application and camera. No avail. The camera was great with the app. Not sure what happened with the app to cause this headache.

Payment issue
I made 3 payments and when I go to the app it says now have 1 day to extend my plan. It’s very frustrating because I keep to send my issue to where it says contact us but there’s link that I’ve tired to click on several times but it doesn’t work at all.
Trash
The camera is pretty trash. App has poorly written instructions, no customer support, frequent connectivity problems, and the mic and sound don’t work. Waste of money, I regret buying it.
Sound and mic issue
Works great and I love the control you can have from your phone. The app has some bugs still though. The sound works until you try to talk through the camera. Once you give it permission to use the mic, the sound no longer plays in the app and you have to delete the app and reinstall to get it working again.
