Great app paperless is a nice change! A couple bugs, have issues where I submit a ticket, shows closed on my end but the office doesn’t get it until I re open my app the next morning. I also had a closed and submitted ticket disappear from my competed list and didn’t show up on the offices end.

Very slow

The app is very slow. Takes up to 5-10 minutes for the the log-in to complete after punching in your credentials

Won’t load in

Just switched company emails , won’t go past the log in, loading circle shows 75% but sits there the whole time and doesn’t actually log in. No problems in the past with the app

Overall I like this app, one thing I would like to see is a way to reopen the ticket summitted to add info or make corrections before office sees it and without having to wait for office to reopen it, sometimes the ticket gets processed before can contact the office because the time schedule your on

Issue

App crashes when trying to designate field ticket as labor only. (Only on iPhone 13 that I’ve found.).

Great service and an excellent product.

We have incorporated Aimsio into our client invoicing and time keeping system. Awesome to work with and very open to new ideas. Any issues that have arose have been dealt with promptly. The back end data capture has been a game changer for us. The “Ideal” app for our operation in the DJ Basin (Denver Colorado) . Thanks guys!
