They are always delayed
Bad airline. The last time I flew with them, my flight was delayed by 21 hours, and I had to spend the entire time in a coffee shop. They never sent any email notification in advance. At the check-in counter, they kept insisting that they had informed us by email, but none of the passengers received anything. Very disappointing experience.

This isn't the first time we have experienced difficulties booking online. 4 times it told me the expiry date was missing on my credit card, it was not, so in the end I entered an incorrect date to force it to recognise an entry and then corrected it. This was after abandoning an attempt to book on my laptop as it told me to continue booking extras after I haf completed all my selections and wouldnot proceed to the payment page. This could be better and easier

Hidden fees
Hidden unavoidable “Convenience fee” at the very end of checkout. Baggage rates are not visible for all tariffs anymore during search.
Awards points
I selected 220 AED maximum allowed rewards credits to buy tickets. But I stepped out for few minutes. I later tried to buy the ticket finally but guess what now points are no more available to use for that 220 AED credits. This happened to me for few times now and support is not helping. So their rewards program is not functional at all.

Been stuck at home trying for 6 hours adding luggage and seats through the website but it kept glitching. I contacted customer service support they didn’t do nothing absolutely useless. Con artists. I am booking the flights and only after paying i see the flight time. Airarabia gives options to choose flight: how am i supposed to choose which flight if there is no FLIGHT TIME mentioned next to the options?!
Frustrating experience
I bought the addons from air Arabia since it’s a long flight I’m struggling to pay from the past 4 to 5 days, the agents put me on hold and disconnect the call. Or they are blaming me that the payment is not going through because I booked through trip, com how is this possible when I bought seats and food add on through ur website. I tried all possible cards eventually I paid through tabby just because I wanted to finish the transaction. How is this an airline website when customers cannot make a simple payment. Ridiculous!!!

Worst Airline Experience of My Life
I have never experienced such terrible airline service in my life. Even though we had already purchased extra baggage online, we were asked to pay again at the airport. Even though we had already paid again at the check-in counter, we were then asked to pay once more at passport control as well. The staff seemed completely unaware of each other’s actions, with no communication or coordination at all.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff, especially Shantos and Kareem. They were extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed very little interest in resolving the issue. We felt completely ignored instead of supported. Rather than trying to assist passengers, they seemed indifferent to the situation.
This level of disorganization and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. I will definitely never use Air Arabia again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst airline ever
It’s been more than 2 months and still haven’t received the refund of the flight which was cancelled , i call every week to listen same lines from customer support but nothing happens

Les réclamations ne donnent lieu qu’à des réponses automatiques sans aucune solution concrète. Une expérience inadmissible et un manque évident de professionnalisme.
