Fails at the Most Basic Function
The app is completely useless. I couldn’t find my booking no matter which combination of booking reference, surname, or other details I entered. It simply doesn’t work.
The registration process is an absolute mess. It forces you to fill in a huge amount of personal information just to use basic features. Instead of making travel easier, the app creates unnecessary frustration.
A modern airline app should let passengers quickly access their bookings without jumping through hoops. This one fails at the basics. Very disappointing.

Great airline, terrible app
Air Astana is a trully great small airline. The service, food, cleanliness. But the app is atrocious, full of bugs and lacking logic.
For instance, when you press "check-in" on one of your bookings, it takes you to a web-page that asks for the booking reference. Seriously?? Why would I use app then?

Nice and keeps improving
Air Astana has done a great job with this app. Booking, check-in, special services like seats and meals, managing nomad club points - all easily done with the app. It gets better with every update. Keep on improving!

Иметь такое ужасное приложение в 2026м году это позор. Ничего нормально не работает, выбор места, чекин, апгрейд, всё время пишет не найден рейс. Позор
Не добавить перелеты в nomad club для получения балов, при покупке билетов через Каспий банк!!!
Приложение очень сомнительное по управлению, но это мелочи по сравнению с функционалом. Покупал билеты через Каспий банк, после перелета прошло около месяца. Начинаю вводить все данные и когда все заполнил выдает ошибку , повторите снова. Делал уже несколько раз, есть скриншоты для подтверждения моих слов. Приложением очень не доволен

One of the worst airlines
Literally “British acquired and turned in to *****” … one of the worst and overpriced airlines. Even locals hate this airline for overpriced tickets, very bad service, constant delays and problems. The app of the Air Astana is another example of failure - doesn’t display or notify on delays, glitchy and never works. Their “nomad club” is as useless - doesn’t link to any alliance and give you hardly any benefits, while collecting points on it is impossible and pointless exercise.

Overall experience is really good, especially onboarding experience. It’s really smooth.
Disappointed
The booking crashed right before the payment, had to start over again. Don’t use the app to buy tickets, instead suggest to go on their website

Useless app…
The app is completely useless. It also displays a message saying they have been working on improvements for several months now, but it looks like they have forgotten about it.
App does not work properly
I used it before for Nomad points tracking - now it useless - cannot do anything. Nobody cares!
