Great control

Disregard previous review. This App rocks! Has great control features and very intuitive

Great machine terrible app

I have 8 brand new 2.0 and then a pro. I thought app would be great way to control them all. I set them all up fine, but it just doesn’t work I still have to manually do it all.

Not worth it.

This isn't a true app. You are forced to sign in every time you use it in order to control & adjust your settings.

Useless app

I was super excited to get my device which works fine, although the app simply doesn’t connect. I’ve tried everything (Turning device off and on, closing app and reopening, flicking on the auto button etc). Unfortunate such a nice device has a totally dysfunctional app.

Useless

This App is useless. All of the App controls don’t work. You can not control anything with the App. Deleted App and reinstalled and still not working.

This app is trash

Seriously, pay a real developer and not your 5 year old nephew to write proper app. You are selling a premium quality product, yet the supporting app is honestly one of the worst I have seen and used in a really long time. I have 6 2.0’s and would like an app that actually lets me change fan speed etc. it is a buggy mess. Fix it.

Great filters. App flakey, unreliable

We purchased four of these. Sadly the app has many bugs so we’re stuck with operating them manually each day. Hoping they’ll come out with a better version soon.

Other similar controller apps here like Carrier Home and Rheem EcoNet always work great

App No Longer Corresponds to Filter After Apple Update 18.6.2

I will update review. Right now the app no longer corresponds to my air filter 2.0 after an Apple update.

Set up was fine - app is lacking

Long time Air Oasis customer. I have new 2.0 filters and so can now use the wifi set up. The good news is that the set up using the app on my iPad was easy, quick and accurate. No issues with that.

However, the iPad app only supports portrait display. This is really poor to not rotate to landscape position - even if just showing the app in a pillar box format. Using the iPad with a keyboard and the app was doable but inconvenient and frankly shows a lack of thinking by the developer.

The account section should display the current email of the logged account. It only shows an option to change the password. People may want to use multiple accounts or have them set up by other people.

I tried to then log into the iPhone version of the app and was unable to get that to work. Not sure if you can be logged into multiple iOS devices - like every other IOT provider allows - or something else is going on. The app should either fail gracefully or give an error message. It should not sit on “logging in.”

This app is terrible

This app doesn’t even work, and will randomly turn on and off the the filters

Doesn’t work

The app does not work

Junk app

Payed over $800 for two purifiers. App loses device names. Contacted them over a year ago about it. Got a blow off email about their IT department looking at it.

Great filter. Terrible app.

Can connect to device but can’t finalize setup. If I can finalize setup it’s buggy and doesn’t work.

Unreliable app

Doesn’t retain device names. Constantly drops WiFi connection!

Still a lot of bugs

I love my air oasis purifers, but this app just does not work well.

- doesn't save device name
- can't find/connect to the second purifier
- 50/50 chance or worse that I am able to actually change filtration settings via the app, which is the whole point of having an app!

Please fix this, air oasis, so that it matches the quality of your purifiers.

Does not work

Despite my iAdaptAir 2.0 being verifiably connected to my WiFi, the app fails to connect to my purifier. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, I have not found a compatible alternative, as it does not seem to support Matter compatibility. I have a second purifier en route, but having doubts.
