Copy of buggy website, not an app.
An app should not be a copy of the company website, but tailor to the traveler’s smartphone. It’s also buggy and correctly entered information shows up wrong. It’s annoying and useless.
Couldn’t select seats
I tried more than ten times with filled my info more than ten times, but the app doesn’t allow me to select the seat.

로그인 자체가 안 됩니다. 계속해서 서버 업데이트 한다는 메세지가 나오고.. 정말 말도 안 되는 수준의 앱입니다

Logging in problem
App or website, I cannot log in whatsoever. Only way I used to log in was to always use “forgot ID or forgot PW” and now, both text and email authentication code never comes through so I it is useless. They have to do something about this fast.

Yeah, they really should take inspiration from western airline apps.
Can’t even log in
This app is busted. Keep getting a message to check email and password what work when I log in online. Try go look up email or change password and nothing works.

Cant sign in. Saids invalid id/password even though its correct. Use a web browser

Safest and kindest airline of Korea
Despite the long hours of flight time from Korea to US, flight crew is always kind and respectful. The landing was smooth and the plane was clean. The in-flight service was top notch compared to other airlines. My favorite part was the sincerity of the flight attendants and their genuine smile. Over all, a ground breaking performance of this newly established airline. Twin thumbs up.

로그인이 안되는걸 일주일 이상 방치하는 서비스가 어디있습니까;;;
로그인을 어떻게 하라는거죠?
네이버로 회원 가입했는데 막상 어플 로그인에 네이버 등 다른 아이디로 로그인을 못하게 되어있네요?? 이게 뭔지..?
Doesn’t work
This app is completely useless and doesn’t function. It wastes your time and appears to do nothing but harvest personal data. Do not install it.
좌석 홀드 문제
다 좋은데 좌석 선택 오류가 너무 심합니다.
선택만 하고 결제도 안 했는데 좌석이 계속 잠겨 있고
20분 넘게 지나도 풀리지 않아요.
앱을 지우고 재설치해도 해결이 안 됩니다.
서버에서 좌석 Lock이 제대로 해제되지 않는 것 같아요.
이런 문제는 꼭 빨리 고쳐주세요.
