Can’t use with Nikon d500
I bought this system a year or two ago and have used it successfully with a Nikon d7000. However I now have added a d500 and would like to use my Case system with that but the connecting cable is not compatible as the d500 does not accept a conventional usb cable. I have attempted to contact the manufacturer using the email on the box I received the Case remote in but my message has been returned undelivered leaving me frustrated. Hopefully someone will read this and email me please??

To make matters worse I have downloaded an update and now find it won’t even connect to my D7000!!!! 😡😡😡. Essentially this makes it useless and a total waste of money. I won’t hold my breath expecting a response from the manufacturers🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

Not Working on iPhone 14!!
Just purchased this little device to work with my 1DX Markll and iPhone 14. Unfortunately no matter what I do it cannot find the device on the app. It works perfectly on my Samsung Galaxy S20+ so I know I’m setting it up correctly. Only the 20+ is a company phone so I need it on my iPhone.
Works once
Everything is fine at the start of the shoot. But once you disconnect or power off camera it NEVER finds the camera again. Tried everything, sometimes rebooting the iPad does it but that not even resolved the issue. Stay away!
