No longer they do 5 minutes free every 2 days, as they advertise, not true. Several times in the past month I have tried but no one answer the call.false advertisement.

Aira agents help me in a wide variety of settings, from technology troubleshooting, to reading, to navigating around town or on vacations I have so much confidence because of Aira and it's nice not to always have to rely on people around me or wait to do simple tasks.
Exciting and great
It is great. They came out with such a useful app and there’s people out there that will be willing to help people such as myself to navigate some of the challenges that comes with this disability, and the people are polite and very helpful.

Super helpful with traveling independently without vision especially in airports and other crowds
This app is so amazing for us blind folk! It is so convenient to have someone on video chat available 24 seven to assist you. I’ve used it when traveling in an airport to find the front desk and jump the line oops. Lol. I’ve also use this app to coordinate my outfits and to make sure my clothes are clean before I leave the house. also I’ve use the share screen feature to make sure my photos are nice before I do a social media post and they help make sure the photo is properly in the frame and not upside down or sideways like a few of my posts in the past lol Thank you for the absolute amazing genius who created this app
