I’ve been a long-term subscriber, because I can get help on demand, from qualified, trained individuals, and also they can remote access your computer to help with tasks that are inaccessible like on the Internet or with programs that are not designed well

No longer they do 5 minutes free every 2 days, as they advertise, not true. Several times in the past month I have tried but no one answer the call.false advertisement.
Life-changing Visual Access to the World
Aira agents help me in a wide variety of settings, from technology troubleshooting, to reading, to navigating around town or on vacations I have so much confidence because of Aira and it's nice not to always have to rely on people around me or wait to do simple tasks.
Exciting and great
It is great. They came out with such a useful app and there’s people out there that will be willing to help people such as myself to navigate some of the challenges that comes with this disability, and the people are polite and very helpful.

Super helpful with traveling independently without vision especially in airports and other crowds
This app is so amazing for us blind folk! It is so convenient to have someone on video chat available 24 seven to assist you. I’ve used it when traveling in an airport to find the front desk and jump the line oops. Lol. I’ve also use this app to coordinate my outfits and to make sure my clothes are clean before I leave the house. also I’ve use the share screen feature to make sure my photos are nice before I do a social media post and they help make sure the photo is properly in the frame and not upside down or sideways like a few of my posts in the past lol Thank you for the absolute amazing genius who created this app

Indian givers
This app is supposed to be helping the Blind community but you don't let us keep the minutes that we pay for at the end of the month. A lot of blind people don't have jobs. Don't you think it's fair that if we're subscribed to your service and pay for a certain amount of minutes each month the ones that we don't use we're still paid for which means that their hours And they should carryover even though the month is over.

Amazing
This app is amazing. I give it five stars. It puts be my eyes in second place. But one thing I could suggest, is that you make a feature so that people can upload videos that they take with their iPhones camera.

I have used Aira for many years now and even with all the AI possibilities it is sometimes essential to have a professional human to solve a problem.
My phone lost VoiceOver, the screen reader I use to read the screen, and an agent was able to help me position my finger to enter the passcode correctly to unlock the phone.
There are so many ways in which Aira has helped me in the past, including getting from one place to another, reading screens, helping with inaccessible screens or webpages and much more.

I can’t believe all the things I’ve done with Aira
I’m an older blind woman, and I’ve lived on my own for at least 40 years. I have always done things on my own, but where I live now it’s not always easy to find someone to help me do something. I have friends. They’re just always very busy. Some things I don’t want my friends to do so it’s always nice to have someone who is impartial. I have always found the agents to be extremely helpful and I’m even surprised about some of the reasons that I’ve called. For instance, we put together a TV we found the right position for the cables the other day I was walking with my father who is getting older and he got lost And I said let me call Aira. We’ll find out so we used the navigational skills that way and I was at a train station recently and had to find a restroom so that was nice. I ran out of minutes right as we found the restroom so I never got to tell her thank you but I did leave her an excellent rating I’ve done all kinds of things. I probably can’t even remember all the things I’ve been over the last three years with Aira so I would recommend it highly.

Cautious New customer
I was excited to download the app. My enthusiasm diminished quickly after I spent nearly an hour trying to find pricing information on the app. This missing information is concerning in that it indicates a lack of customer focus or incompetence. After I realized I needed to call the 800 number to get pricing , I found that the 20 minute per month plan was only $1.04 per minute ( with a group discount ) , while the 35 minute plan cost $1.14 per minute . Why would a company charge more to purchase a higher volume. What other surprises am I going to encounter while using this app.

Very helpful
I have been using Aira for about eight years. It is so seamless and the visual interpreters you work with a great!! Sometimes you get someone who is not great but then if you called customer service, they make double swallow day. The situation is rectified. Also, it is worth every penny!
Love the app
I found out about this app from a friend a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it. I used it for my online classes for my masters degree for writing papers. I love how they can help you format papers as a result of that I got on both of my papers
Review of reading assistance app.
The Ira Explorer app has really improved over the years. They’ve gotten a lot more customer focused and it’s much easier to use. But I’ve been with them for a long time and I remember when it wasn’t. But now I’d recommend it to people.
