Decent app, too bad about the tracking.
The app works well, the current Air Baltic CEO has done a commendable job building an excellent regional carrier (on par with our two major airlines in Canada). Shame the app is tracking. Totally unnecessary if they’re not selling your data.

App is way too glitchy
This app is extremely glitchy. It constantly resets back to the first booking page and doesn’t save your progress. Even worse, when it restarts it forgets the airports you selected and swaps them to random ones, so you have to redo everything again. If you try to change the airport mid-booking, it kicks you back to the start and wipes your details. Voucher codes also don’t apply properly and instead it randomly pushes group booking ads. Overall it’s frustrating and unusable.

Lost baggage for 6 days – no fair compensation
My family and I had our checked baggage lost for 6 days on our first flight with AirBaltic. We were left without essential items while traveling with a child, which caused huge stress and expenses. Despite this, the airline refused to provide any compensation, only offering a minimal amount and later denying it because we didn’t have all receipts. Very disappointing customer service — I will not be flying with AirBaltic again.

Ständig sind die Buchungen weg(App&Browser), das nervt . Die Fluggesellschaft ansich ist Klasse
Zu viele Daten benötigt
Ich wollte mir die App eigentlich nur mal ansehen, da ein bei Lufthansa gebuchter Flug durch airBaltic durchgeführt werden soll. Aber man muss sich erstmal mit sehr vielen persönlichen Daten einloggen, sodass ich es abgebrochen habe und die App deinstalliert habe!
Nervig
Ich musste viermal meine E-Mail-Adresse eintippen. Am Ende konnte ich die Boardkarte nicht im Wallet speichern

Viel besser seit dem großen Update
Ich nutze die App seit Jahren sehr regelmäßig, da ich häufig mit airBaltic fliege. Mit dem letzten Update wurde sie deutlich besser. Vielen Dank dafür. Leider ist vor kurzem die Möglichkeit verschwunden, Buchungen mit einem Klick in den Kalender zu übertragen. Bitte dringend wieder zurückbringen! Ansonsten weiter so! 😊

Frustrating and Unusable App
I’ve tried to use the Air Baltic app multiple times, and it has never worked for me. I couldn’t check in because it kept claiming there were blank fields, even though everything was filled in correctly. I couldn’t get my boarding passes, view flight information, or select my seat. The app is completely unreliable and only adds stress to travel. It needs major improvements to be useful.

Schrecklich. Ich habe zweimal probiert Tickets zu kaufen. Zweimal sind das Geld weg aber OHNE Tickets! Das ist wahnsinnig! Ich kann nicht verstehen wie die App funktionieren soll.
Doofe App.
Einmal aus Versehen den falschen Flug angetippt, bleibt der für immer hinterlegt, egal, wie oft man eine neue Suche startet.

Después de hacer el checking en la aplicación, intento facturar una maleta y la aplicación me dice que no corresponde mi apellido con el número de reserva. Intento hacerlo durante 2 días y lo mismo. Me presento en la ventanilla de facturación y les cuento lo sucedido. Me dicen que no pueden hacer nada y me cobran 75 euros por la facturación, cuando tendría que haber sido 28 euros y siendo un problema de ellos. Estafadores!!!

Jede Flugapp ermöglicht es ohne Profil einzuchecken. Jede? Nein, diese kleine App möchte gerne Emails sammeln. Ich nutze also die Adresse, die ich für alle Spammer nutze und erwarte, dass ein Profil erstellt wird.
Die Mail kommt an, ich klicke widerwillig auf „Profil aktivieren“ und die App geht wieder auf, nur um auf dem Screen „“E-Mail verifizieren“ hängenzubleiben.
