Worst app ever
Air con unit just installed, remote control not working so relying on app whilst waiting for a replacement. Unit response to app is slow, unable to invite another user without an error page flagging up. Useless!

Cette app fait son job, mais je trouve quâelle est incomplĂšte et non fiable au niveau de la consommation, jâai de splites et je ne sais pas exactement quel est la consommation de chaque une car ex. Jâai un total de 80 Kw pour 40 kw de consommation de chaque un alors que il y a un qui ne tourne trĂšs peu de temps pour ne dire jamais, pourtant il a la mĂȘme consommation du coup on ne sait pas trop quel est la consommation rĂ©elle de chaque unitĂ© et si le total est correct et fiable. Merci de votre retour, et dâune mise Ă jour rapide pour combler cela.

Awful service. I have never managed to get this app to work. I tried calling Hitachi for help and they âescalated to a specialistâ who never ever calls you back. Useless.

OTP is not being sent email, while creating account. Why should you provide this app when you canât send otp while creating new account?

Apps works smoothly however energy cost doesnât show hourly consumption and there is no information regarding when it was on and off.

Hard to connect device to mobile via phone
Used to be a wonderful apl
This app was so great since the moment I first installed it. But in the past 2 weeks, nothing is working. It just logged me out and I couldnât log me back in. No OTP on mobile or email. Please fix this asap. A product with global presence shouldnât be so careless like this.
