Why?

Before the ‘“big update” it was a simple app that worked and was user friendly. Since then I can’t book on it, and I have to call them like a freaking cave man. I’m currently in another company’s limo at 3 am because nobody was pick up the phone. Total garbage. It was so good

App hangs forever

I tried using the app to go to the airport. I was able to pick a location, car, and enter my credit card info. When I click the final confirmation button, the app gets stuck in the processing payment screen and nothing happens. But I do have a pending charge on my card.

Issues with new app

New updated app is not as good as older version. Doesn’t give option to pay in advance and also lost history of prior rides.
Definitely needs improvement.
