Inaccurate

The time schedule is about as accurate as a Stormtrooper blast

Slow

For some reason the YRT routes they give the drivers is always the longest and least efficient way to get there

Really?

I tried to book an on-request through the app and it would not let me because there is a “set route”. Yeah there is a bus, the thing is it’s a 13 minute walk which is what I was trying to avoid. Might try via calling but it’s pointless to say you can book via the app and then have the app tell me that actually I can’t because there is a bus that’s a 13 minute walk away from me. Seems pointless tbh

Terrible service, terrible app.

If not bc I don’t drive I would’ve deleted this a long time ago. They don’t ever wait for you and they drive off before you even got there. A yrt that I booked decided to drive off even after they just arrived. It has been up a minute and they just drove off before I came outside. You ppl suck

Terrible service

They can’t even drive 20 minutes down the road terrible drivers aswell. They hire unfit people me and my sister got in 2 separate crashes in the same week with the same driver. And they wouldn’t even reimburse us.
