Arrival texts are bogus!
To actually get a ride on this app, you need to stay up till midnight two days prior to when you want to get a ride in the morning. Also, the warnings that it gives you for timing arrival of your ride are also bogus because a 15 minute warning is actually really only four.

Never on scheduled time.
They either come too late or too early and don’t have enough drivers to make up for that. For example when I book a ride to work at 10am they usually arrive 10-20 minutes after that scheduled time. And if they arrive early, they leave and cancel your ride, then the next ride you try to book comes about 30 minutes later.

Now as of recently, there have been NO times available to book a ride before or after work!! HIRE MORE DRIVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the most ridiculous, unprofessional business of all time.

Horrible
It never waits for you and it doesn’t come to your exact location and ur there waiting for it to come. Worst app ever
Can’t even open app
This app is awful. It has potential but I can never open the app and even deleting cache doesn’t help. Have to try through portal which doesn’t always work either. I’ve reached out for help several times with little to no help.
Never on requested time
They always come 30 mins early. It doesn’t even let me know they arrived, and when a few minutes pass by, I check to see that they already left.
Lovely Service
Great service but I would try to book people together to not waste time and gas for drivers. There was a pickup at my stop 20 minutes before my pickup. I could have joined the earlier pickup to not waste time. Other than that I found my driver to be very nice and was very happy with the service.
YRT on request app is not working properly
Its really had to open and its not user friendly app.

I had to rebook my ride 7 times and it placed the pick up a hour away every time I did it

The driver arrived 1 hour early and then said he would return and never came back, we need to something to change this as people with wheelchairs have no other option, Unacceptable

Can’t book rides if there’s a bus available in the next hour
Nice cute layout of the app, but when I was trying to book a ride for 1:45, it wasn’t allowing me to because there was a bus available for 2:14… that’s almost a 30 minute difference, I ended up having to take the bus and I was 15 minutes late to work.

Bad apps. Always makes mistake. And they need more cars to serve more people going to downtown.
Excellent
Gets me to my nearest bus stop. The only disadvantage is the timing. The drivers are super friendly and respectful.
Can’t schedule anymore
The only option is now, can’t schedule the next day.
Change time does not work
I can only request for now time, the set time does not show anything if you want to change time or schedule for the following day, for now I have to call
