Better than I thought but still extremely problematic

When the old system was replaced I thought this would be unusable, fortunately it isn’t but it is still worse. Journeys tend to take much longer and waiting is now longer, combine this with the hassle of having to book trips every day as a regular commuter, it is frustrating. Also, availability of buses vary with service hours not being long enough and there not being buses available during peak hours. I would give this system maybe 2 stars if it weren’t for the worst part. Barrie has been villainizing homeless people more and more and this change to the system is no different. Homeless people are now unable to take the bus as they would need to order buses through phones which they don’t have

Timing and routes

I have been dropped off much later than I was supposed to be almost every time I ordered the bus. But the cause of it was the fact that on my way to the destination, the driver had to pick up other people that are really close to my destination, and prioritise them, rather than me. Several times the time of my trip increased, even though my drop-off stop was really close to where we were. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

Extend hours

I hope you extend the hours at night cause some of us have work.

Great service

I use the on demand service pretty regularly and no serious complaints. I wish it would go a little bit further around Barrie, as well as I wish we could have a digital payment option. The bus drivers are great they usually go way over and above what’s required and it’s really appreciate it
