HORRRRRIBLE

this app SUCKS. first of all, some of the drivers are RUDE. second of all, no matter if you book it the day of or the day BEFORE it still takes long for them to get to you. what do you mean i have to wait an hour for ONE CHEAP RIDE???? and don’t get me started on the glitches where they switch between different drivers constantly. AND DO NOT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE FACT THAT SOME DRIVERS ARE GREEDY AND WILL TAKE A RIDE EVEN IF THEY ALREADY HAVE LIKE 10+ STOPS CHOSEN. IF YOU HAVE THAT MANY RIDES BOOKED DON’T CHOOSE AN ASAP RIDE. DO NOT GET THIS APP.

Horrible service

My bus just changed to on-demand, the one that I take to work, and the app doesn’t work whatsoever and I called the on-demand centre and they also didn’t have any clue how to work it or even what my transit number was one out of 10 horrible horrible service

Worst service

What’s the point of booking if the bus is voming after 45 minutes i waited for half an hour and then it says after 15 minutes. Its worst app i can ever find!
