I am new to this service and am very impressed with the courtesy and efficiency and safety.
Easy to use
Good app… easy to navigate…. Some how need to offer a pay upfront Apple Pay so I can pay for all my rides before I even schedule a ride
Log out
It works great most of the time but it will randomly log me out when I’m trying to check for the bus around
Awesome rides
Very useful transit service, friendly drivers.
Unreliable
Had to order the bus three days in advance and my bus was still late with the app saying “ride delayed”. My driver dropped me off at the wrong stop and refused to bring me to the correct one. I was 15 minutes late to my babysitting job so four children all under the age of 10 were left unattended for 15 minutes. Would not recommend booking busses any less than 30 minutes before you are expected to be at your location.
