Cannot submit a claim. Useless app. Use website instead.
Poor Software
When I try to submit a claim, the app freezes! What’s your the point of spending money on insurance if I can’t submit a claim? I will have to try calling or emailing tomorrow. Don’t waste your time on this app.

Icon are clear. The Global help Db needs some help as geolocation is slow but works.
Useless and extremely frustrating
Submitted online claims weeks ago on their website. Nothing happy with them yet, not even a claim# assigned. Then weeks after I registered on ACMTravel in order to submit the claims, I get an email from Global Excel Management “welcoming me” to their online claims submissions feature. Huh???? Talk about confusing email - is this something in addition to the ACMTravel website? Is this Global something a new or replacement app Manulife is now using? Whatever, I downloaded the app and can’t sign in anyway because it says my account is temporarily locked. Why??? As if traveling and arranging insurance in these times wasn’t complicated enough, the company further complicates and confuses insured people by poorly timed and confusing communications. Forget about calling them , assuming you can find the correct number out of many , you will be on hold for several hours. Get your act together, ManuLife, and fire whoever is doing these screwups in your IT department!!!
