Using app
I entered my policy number and dob and says the information doesn’t match !?!?
Great policy
I’ve used the app for a few years. Rarely have we used the medical part to make a claim but when we have it’s been easy. The bonus is that when the airline is late, we get an automatic text and a choice of sitting in the airport lounge or getting $40 per person listed on the policy. Last year over $500 was paid out to my family for delays alone! The policy was a fraction of that. This is just an added piece of cash that comes back to us. This is awesome because we only bought it for the medical, but this is a little extra bonus.

App broken for 3 years. Company doesn’t care
App doesn’t work. Policy doesn’t match. Don’t waste your time
No Match on Policies
I have two policies with the company but couldn’t get them into the app. The app hasn’t been updated for 3 years. It is still promoted in their policy emails. It would have been nice to have this feature.
Ask for Internet Connection
Asks for internet connection even though it has one. App does not work.
