APP keeps asking to login
This is a crazy bug that needs to get fixed ASAP!! It keeps wanting me to sign in with TWO different screens!! First, Amazon logins then the Airia logins .. what gives!? Pick one or the other and if you can’t fix it.. allow Face ID logins to bypass the screen quick and in get to doing what matters! Making my house smell great! Screw double logging in!! For what?

App keeps logging me out and is not running my schedule .
Poor performance
This app wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t CONSTANTLY ask you to log back into your account every time you use it. It goes from a convenient things to the most annoying thing ever. It’s absurd and I can’t comprehend why they can’t fix this!
Works
The app doesn’t work for me… but Amazon got the app to work so it’s fixed now.
Why suddenly Alexa?

Poor support
The app can be buggy at times, and customer/technical support is severely lacking. This is based on 2 separate issues over the past 4 months. They are very polite in repeated phone calls but nobody does anything.
App crashes every time I try to log in
About 3 days ago, I started getting an internal server error every time I try to log in. I emailed customer service and no response.
App is broken
The app no longer works. States “Something went wrong” and nothing loads. Can do anything with the app right now. So, if you have any schedules set, you can’t change them.
Used to work
Wanted to check my air freshener to see if it needed a replacement and it keeps giving me a internal server error. Please fix this bug so I can update my review. Can’t login at all

Crap reviews and is NOT iOS FRIENDLY
Crap
App continually crashes before you can log in. Keeps saying to try again only for it to crash. I’ve power cycled my phone, soft reset it, deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing helps. Crap! I’ll keep trying and update when I’ve had a better experience.
Beautiful Scents
App was great, easy to use. We’re in love with Nordic Spruce - our house now smells amazing.
